Intervention into the Urban Space
explores the potential of abandoned walls and structures as a means of communication. We step beyond the confines of traditional art materials, exchanging the canvas for direct engagement with the city and its people.
Some murals are created in collaboration with an abstract urban artist Eyou245 who provides vibrant, energetic background elements. These abstract compositions form the setting for the portraits, which come alive, making eye contact and starting a dialogue. They occupy the space, call out, and draw the viewer in. However, their existence is ephemeral; doomed to vanish quickly as the structure fades, leaving only a memory of their fleeting presence.
